PERTH EVENT DETAILS
Date: Friday, 1st November 2024
Time: 2:00pm – 4.00pm AWST
Location: Beaumonde on The Point, 306 Riverside Drive, East Perth
Registrations Close: 18th October 2024
REGISTRATION COST
Graduate: $100 AUD (Including Gown Hire)
Guest: $85 AUD (Limit of 2 guests per graduate. Guests must be 18years+)
Inclusions: Allocated seating, post ceremony Soiree with food and drinks, as well as access to event professional photographs.
Registrations Close: 18th October 2024
Registration confirmations with QR codes will be issued with payment, please bring the QR code with you to the event to gain entry. You will also receive a link to the live stream to share with family and friends who cannot not attend in person.
Please note that this is an 18+ only event. Graduates unable to attend with small children will be able to view the live stream from the comfort of their own home. Please register for the online event if this is your preference.
GOWN HIRE
All graduates receive gown hire included in their registration fee. Gowns can also be purchased at a discounted price. Gown hire MUST be organised by via the link provided in your registration confirmation by 26th October 2023.
CEREMONY FORMAT
5:00pm – Arrival and Registration
5:30pm – Smoking Ceremony/Welcome to Country
6.00pm – Graduation Ceremony (and live stream)
7:30-8:30pm – Post Ceremony Soiree with food & beverages
DRESS CODE
The dress code for this event is formal.
Important note: You will not receive your formal graduation documents (i.e. certificate and record of results) at the graduation ceremony, these will be sent to you in the mail prior. Each graduate will receive a special EIT graduation sash and letter of congratulations at the ceremony and will be individually acknowledged for their achievements.
PHOTOGRAPHER
We will have a professional photographer onsite from 5.00pm until the conclusion of the Soiree at 8.30pm. This will give graduates plenty of opportunity to have their photo taken. Photos will be shared with attendees the week following the event.
VISA AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Any travel arrangements, costs or visa requirements will not be the responsibility of the EIT. Graduates travelling to attend events must make their own arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $30 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after the 20th October are non-refundable.
